Postage within Australia will take on average 3-14 days. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
Love Potion Creations is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed delivered by Australia Post. Please ensure your package will be delivered to a secure address or location - Australia Post offers free, secure parcel lockers to help with this. If your package is lost after delivery, we will do our best to help you locate it, but the best course is for you to open a case directly with Australia Post using the tracking number provided.
What if I have entered the wrong postal address?
Please contact us immediately by phone. Unfortunately, if the order has already been shipped Love Potion Creations will not be held accountable. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide their correct address during checkout. You will have to contact Australia Post to resolve it. Love Potion Creations will not be held responsible if the buyer enters the incorrect address without rectifying it.
