Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns unless the item has arrived broken. In this case, please contact us within 24 hours for a replacement. Please contact us directly for any queries.
What if I need to cancel my order?
We will honour this if the order has not been shipped yet. All cancellations will incur a 10% processing fee. This is due to us not being credited the costs associated with processing these orders from our payment processor. Alternatively, we can organize a store credit for the exact amount as the original order made.
